The location was central! it was so close to the qvb. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions. the room, a standard queen room, was compact but functional. It had everything i needed for a short stay.
I found the lack of heating a bit of a problem. It was quite chilly in the evenings. the cleaning products used were very strong. The smell was a bit overwhelming. the walls were thin, there was noise from the hallway.
